The Board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting consolidated revenue of Rs. 125 Cr and net profit of Rs. 12 Cr. An interim dividend of Rs. 1.50/share was declared. The company also greenlit raising up to Rs. 500 Cr via a Rights Issue and appointed a new independent director.
