Shree Cement reported strong Q1 volume growth: cement sales up 17% to 10.23 million tonnes. RMC business surged 156% to 2.36 lakh cubic meters, adding 8 new plants. Consolidated Profit after Tax declined to ₹531 Cr due to higher fuel/raw material costs. Meghalaya plant progressing.
