SMS Pharma's board approved Q1 results: Revenue 206.96 Cr, Consolidated Net Profit 20.90 Cr. The MD was re-appointed. They also approved a Rs 50 Cr loan to subsidiary SMS Peptides, pending shareholder nod, and an AGM for dividend eligibility.
