Supershakti Metaliks Ltd — Important, 31-07-2026: Company Update

Supershakti Metaliks' board has approved significant management and governance changes. Mrs. Ayushi Khaitan was appointed as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sandeep Khanna will join as the new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Deepak Agarwal has been re-designated as Chairman cum Non-Executive Director. The company also appointed M/s. S K Agrawal and Co. Chartered Accountants LLP as the new Statutory Auditors for five years, replacing the previous auditors, pending shareholder approval. The 14th Annual General Meeting has been scheduled.
