    Hitech Pipes allotted 9 Cr fully convertible equity warrants to its Promoter Group at Rs. 100 each (Rs. 25 upfront). This infuses Rs. 2.25 Cr now. Upon full conversion, the company will raise Rs. 9 Cr, significantly increasing promoter holding.
