Remi Edelstahl Tubulars Ltd — Important, 31-07-2026: Company Update

The board approved financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting a net profit of 0.45 Cr on 35.37 Cr total income, impacted by higher energy costs. In a strategic move, the company approved Rs 27.50 Cr for increasing Ultra High Purity (UHP) tube capacity by 500 MTPA. This expansion will be partly funded by a Rs 22.20 Cr preferential allotment of warrants and shares to promoter and non-promoter entities. The UHP tubes project is nearing commercial production.
