National Aluminium Company Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 31-07-2026: Dividend

NALCO's board has proposed a final dividend of ₹1.00 per share for FY25-26, pending shareholder approval at the August 31st AGM. The record date for this dividend is August 24th. This payout supplements ₹10.50 per share already distributed as interim dividends for FY25-26, bringing the total for the year to ₹11.50 per share. If approved, payment is expected within 30 days of the AGM. The board also approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30.
