Astec LifeSciences reported improved FY26 results: Total income reached ₹453.22 Cr, gross margin rose to 33.4%, and losses narrowed. Domestic sales surged 40.6%. A ₹249.35 Cr rights issue was completed. Focus continues on bolstering CDMO & R&D. A prior year regulatory penalty of ₹2.60 lakh each was paid to NSE/BSE.
