Divi's Laboratories Limited — Board Meeting, 01-08-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Divi's Laboratories has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Consolidated PAT climbed to ₹902 Cr from ₹545 Cr year-on-year. The board also appointed Mr. B. Vara Prasad and Mr. J. Srinivasa Rao as Senior Management Personnel.
