Tridev Infraestates' Board recently noted the continued vacancy of its Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The position has been open since May following the previous officer's resignation. Management has actively sought a replacement through consultants and interviews but has not yet identified a suitable candidate. The Board has directed management to persist with recruitment efforts. Until a new appointment is made, the Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, and other authorized officers will ensure all necessary compliances are maintained.
