Orchid Pharma's board approved issuing 4.45 Cr new equity shares to Dhanuka Laboratories shareholders as part of their merger. Post-allotment, the paid-up capital stands at Rs 59.88 Cr, consisting of 5.98 Cr shares of Rs 10 each. These new shares will be listed on BSE and NSE.
