Uma Exports has approved forming a Joint Venture, URJAHAAR FOODS, with M/s Kota Dall Mill. Uma Exports will hold a 49% stake and contribute up to ₹0.49 Cr. The JV will manufacture and supply nutritional food products, targeting institutional and government buyers.
