REDTAPE's AGM proposes a ₹2/share dividend for FY26. Shareholders will vote on re-appointing MD Shuja Mirza (up to 12 Cr annual pay + 0.24 Cr medical) and Chairman Rashid Ahmed Mirza to continue beyond 70. Cost auditor's 0.04 Cr remuneration is also on the agenda.
