Capital Trade Links' board has approved the financial results for the quarter, where its subsidiary reported a net loss of 0.14 Cr, deemed immaterial to the Group. Key leadership changes include the re-appointment of Mr. Krishan Kumar as Director and Mr. Ashish Kapoor as an Independent Director, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
