Siyaram Silk Mills Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 01-08-2026: Record Date

Siyaram Silk Mills (SIYSIL) has set August 22, 2026, as the Record Date for its bonus Preference Shares. Eligible shareholders will receive two series:

1. Four 9% cumulative non-convertible redeemable preference shares (₹10 FV) for every 1 equity share (₹2 FV), redeemable in 3 years.
