    Prataap Snacks released Q1 financial results. The board approved acquiring RLOP Food Processing for Rs. 16.50 Cr for a new plant and reclassified several promoters to the public category. MD & CEO Amit Kumat and ED Apoorva Kumat were re-appointed for 5 years.
