The company injected approximately ₹331.12 Cr into GEML, part of a total ₹530 Cr rights issue. This investment ensures Greaves Cotton maintains its 62.48% majority stake in GEML. The funds will be strategically utilized by GEML for capital expenditure, working capital, and general corporate purposes, fueling its expansion and growth within the rapidly evolving EV sector.
