Sahana System allotted 17.67 lakh bonus shares (1:5) to existing shareholders, increasing paid-up capital to Rs. 10.60 Cr. The company is also forming 'Sahana Semi-Conductor Ltd' as a new subsidiary, investing Rs. 60,000 for a 60% stake.
