Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited — Important, 03-08-2026: Capacity addition

Kansai Nerolac will invest Rs 601 Cr in capacity expansion by FY29, funded by internal cash. This includes 4,275 KL/month for industrial paints, 1,215 MT/month for powder coating, and 815 MT/month for resins across its Sayakha, Bawal, and Hosur plants, aiming to meet automotive paint demand and for backward integration.
