Borosil Scientific has announced a board meeting approved Q1 FY27 consolidated financial results: Revenue from operations at ₹106.75 Cr and Profit at ₹4.36 Cr. The board also gave a green light to amend ESOP schemes, allowing share acquisition via trust and raising the option discount limit to 20%.
