Ducon Infratechnologies is pursuing a Rights Issue of Rs 25 Cr. Net proceeds, totaling Rs 22.50 Cr, will reduce the Promoter's loan by Rs 9.52 Cr, fund Rs 7.36 Cr for working capital, and allocate Rs 5.62 Cr for general corporate purposes. The Promoter will fully subscribe his entitlement.
