    Sambhv Steel Tubes approved Q1 FY27 consolidated results: Revenue hit ₹732.17 Cr & Profit ₹56.52 Cr. The board also greenlit an 8MW solar power plant for ₹25 Cr and appointed Mr. Bikash Agrawal as Additional Director. AGM on Sept 10, 2026.
