Bharat Seats announced Q1 results: profit at Rs 13.21 Cr, revenue at Rs 577.83 Cr. The board approved Rs 49.33 Cr capex for new Maruti programs. It also seeks shareholder approval to increase borrowing limits to Rs 400 Cr and appointed new directors.
