    BASF India's Board approved closing sulfation & low-temperature reactor plants at Dahej due to overcapacities and margin pressure. These Care Chemicals operations contributed Rs. 542 Cr (4% of total revenues) in FY25-26. The Care Chemicals business continues with other products.
