    Exicom Tele-Systems' stake in subsidiary Exicom B.V. diluted from 92.23% to 90.29% as USD 1.5 million (~1.25 Cr) of Optionally Convertible Debentures were converted to shares. Total USD 7 million (~5.81 Cr) OCDs converted to date. Exicom B.V. remains a material subsidiary.
