The company has sent the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 and the AGM Notice to shareholders electronically. To facilitate this, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from 19th August 2026 to 25th August 2026. Shareholders can cast their votes via remote e-voting, which opens on 22nd August 2026 at 9:00 AM and closes on 24th August 2026 at 5:00 PM. The eligibility cut-off date for e-voting is 18th August 2026.
