Polymechplast Machines Ltd — Important, 04-08-2026: Company Update

Polymechplast Machines Limited is transferring unclaimed dividends for FY 2018-19 and subsequent periods to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Equity shares of investors who haven't claimed dividends for seven consecutive years will also be transferred to the IEPF Authority. Affected shareholders have until October 28, 2026, to claim their FY 2018-19 dividends directly from the company. After this deadline, any claims for these shares and dividends must be made through the IEPF Authority. A list of these shareholders is available on the company’s website.
