BMETRICS' Board has set a Record Date of September 18 for its proposed ₹0.10/share final dividend for FY26, pending shareholder approval at the 11th AGM on September 25. The Board also approved DKP & Associates as new statutory auditors for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder consent.
