    BSE Limited — Board Meeting, 04-08-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

    BSE's board meeting today saw approval of the financial results for the quarter, with Consolidated Net Profit after tax at ₹872.66 Cr. M/s KKC & Associates LLP were appointed Statutory Auditors for 5 years. BSE also increased its direct stake in India International Bullion Holding (IIBH) from 3.33% to 20% for ₹50.50 Cr.
