    Metro Brands has announced a board meeting. Q1 FY27 consolidated results showed Revenue ₹720.36 Cr, PAT ₹95.26 Cr. Sep 4 is the record date for final dividend. Board approved new Independent Director Mr. Sonny Iqbal, re-appointed MD Ms. Farah Malik Bhanji, and a new ESOS scheme.
