TCC Concept Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary NES Data Private Limited, has entered an MOU to acquire land in Pune for a new data centre campus. This move aims for a planned IT Load Capacity of up to 60 MW, significantly expanding its existing 4 MW enterprise data centre. It's a key step towards the company's medium-term objective of building an aggregate data centre capacity of 100 MW. This expansion positions TCC to capitalize on the rapidly growing demand for AI, cloud computing, and hyperscale infrastructure, enhancing its digital portfolio for long-term shareholder value.
