Hindustan Foods (HFL) delivered strong Q1FY27 results, with revenue up 18% YoY to Rs. 1,207 Cr, EBITDA rising 26% YoY to Rs. 106 Cr, and Profit After Tax (PAT) jumping 33% YoY to Rs. 43 Cr. This marks their highest-ever quarterly profit.

The company's strategy focuses on its dual manufacturing model: dedicated facilities for stable earnings and shared facilities for higher asset utilization and profitability. HFL is expanding capabilities across high-growth categories, with an emphasis on capital discipline.

Recent developments include winning Rs. 340 Cr in new projects this fiscal year, adding to Rs. 150 Cr from FY26, creating a robust pipeline. Significant projects are underway in Home & Personal Care (Aurangabad commissioned), Food & Beverages (Goa Greek Yogurt, multiple bottled water plants), Ice Cream (Panipat commissioned), and Healthcare (Ayurvedic wellness expansion). The Footwear segment faced temporary supply chain issues and wage hikes, but customer cost discussions are ongoing.

HFL reaffirms its FY27 PAT guidance of Rs. 200-220 Cr, signaling 34-48% growth over FY26, supported by new capacity ramp-up. The company anticipates increased contribution from its shared manufacturing model.
