Sun Leisure has a paid-up capital of ₹5 Cr and turnover of ₹2.06 Cr, merging into Soham Leisure with ₹29.56 Cr paid-up capital and ₹40.66 Cr turnover. The merger creates a more investor-friendly structure and will not impact Ventive Hospitality's direct shareholding pattern.
