Jay Bharat Maruti grew FY26 Total Income by 11.38% to Rs. 2,553.91 Cr, PAT up 333.52% to Rs. 137.86 Cr. A final dividend of Rs. 0.70/share was declared. Approved RPTs up to Rs. 3,200 Cr with MSIL & Rs. 1,750 Cr with NMPL. Board sanctioned new fundraise up to Rs. 750 Cr and raised borrowing capacity to Rs. 2,000 Cr for expansions.
