FDC's board approved Q1 consolidated financial results: revenue hit ₹667.69 Cr, profit ₹132.39 Cr. The board also greenlit an investment up to ₹0.45 Cr for a 26%+ stake in Netra Green Energy for a captive solar project at its Roha plant.
