Paisalo's board set Sept 21 for its 34th AGM & book closure (Sept 15-21) for the AGM and FY26 final dividend. They also put forward the re-appointment of Mr. Santanu Agarwal as Director and Deputy MD for a new term, subject to shareholder approval.
