    Brigade Hotel Ventures (BHVL) Board approved Q1 consolidated results: Revenue Rs 127.04 Cr, Profit Rs 17.34 Cr. They also approved a new Employee Stock Option Plan (pending shareholder nod) and appointed Mr. Vinay Gupta as CEO, effective August 17.
