SIS Ltd. greenlit Q1 FY27 consolidated results: Revenue +30% YoY to ₹4,604 Cr, EBITDA +36% to ₹207 Cr, PAT +9% to ₹102 Cr. Also approved a ₹106 Cr open market share buyback (max ₹478.50/share), its 5th, bringing total shareholder returns since IPO to over ₹700 Cr!
