SIS announced Q1FY27 consolidated revenue of ₹4,604 Cr (+30% YoY), EBITDA ₹207 Cr (+36% YoY), PAT ₹102 Cr (+9% YoY). The board approved a share buyback up to ₹106 Cr at a maximum price of ₹478.50/share via the open market, marking SIS's 5th buyback.
