Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts Ltd — Important, 05-08-2026: Company Update

Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts' board has approved significant leadership and governance changes. Mr. Hemantsingh Naharsingh Jhala was appointed Managing Director for five years. Mrs. Durga Kumari Modi and Mr. Parth Hasmukhbhai Patel were regularized as Independent Directors for five-year terms. Mr. Mohit Sunil Nagdev was also appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director for five years. Additionally, M/s Hiral Prajapati & Co LLP were appointed as Statutory Auditors, first to fill a casual vacancy and then for a five-year term. The board also approved the Annual Report for FY2025-26 and called for the 8th Annual General Meeting.
