Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts Ltd — Important, 05-08-2026: Company Update

Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts' Board has approved several key appointments. Mr. Hemantsingh Naharsingh Jhala was appointed as Managing Director for a five-year term. Mr. Mohit Sunil Nagdev was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director for five years. Mrs. Durga Kumari Modi and Mr. Parth Hasmukhbhai Patel were appointed as Independent Directors, each for five-year terms. The Board also appointed M/s Hiral Prajapati & Co LLP as the new Statutory Auditors, initially to fill a casual vacancy and subsequently for a five-year term. The Annual Report for FY2025-26 and the 8th Annual General Meeting notice were also approved.
