Bikaji Foods International Limited — Important, 05-08-2026: Agreements

Bikaji Foods forms a 50:50 JV with C.G. Savory in Nepal, investing up to ₹15 Cr to expand its snacks and sweets business. It also incorporates a wholly-owned UAE subsidiary (up to AED 1,00,00,000 investment) to strengthen international supply chains. Additionally, 100,000 employee stock options were granted at ₹500 per option.
