Goodluck India's board approved Q1 FY27 consolidated results: Net Profit up 67% to ₹67.22 Cr, Revenue up 31% to ₹1,292.2 Cr. Proposed 2:1 Bonus Issue & ₹9.97 Cr final dividend. Bagged new defence orders worth ₹307.2 Cr & a $13.6M export order.
