Trent Limited — Board Meeting, 06-08-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Trent's board approved Q1 financial results: consolidated net profit of Rs. 518.07 Cr on revenue of Rs. 5,754.71 Cr. Ms. Varsha Agarwal is the new Head of Internal Audit from Sept 1. The board also proposed B S R & Co. LLP as new statutory auditors from the 2027 AGM.
