Trent Limited — Results, 06-08-2026: Financial Results Updates

The company has approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Standalone revenue reached 5,666.30 Cr with a net profit of 531.77 Cr; consolidated revenue was 5,754.71 Cr and net profit 518.07 Cr. A 1-for-2 bonus share issue was also announced. Additionally, Mr. Ratul Neogi will retire as Head of Internal Audit, with Ms. Varsha Agarwal taking over from September 1, 2026. The board has proposed B S R & Co. LLP as the new statutory auditors for five years starting 2027, replacing Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, pending shareholder approval.
