Deneers Tools has set August 26, 2026, as the cut-off date for e-voting eligibility for its September 2, 2026 EGM. Shareholders will consider approving a preferential issue of up to 16.00 lakh equity shares and 5.00 lakh warrants at Rs. 196 each to non-promoter public investors. The EGM will also address increasing authorized share capital from Rs. 31 Cr to Rs. 33 Cr to support future expansion.
