Lloyds Engineering's Q1 financial results show consolidated revenue up 142.9% to ₹527.15 Cr, EBITDA up 124.4% to ₹79.23 Cr. Order book hit ₹2,817.42 Cr (+81.2%). Board approved ₹130 Cr guarantee for an associate & proposed increasing ESOP pool. Reallocation of unutilised Rights Issue funds also proposed.
