Morepen Labs invested ₹20 Cr in its wholly-owned pharma subsidiary, Morepen RX Ltd, via a rights issue. This capital infusion strengthens MRX's base and supports its branded Rx products business. MRX reported a FY26 turnover of ₹54.49 Cr.
