Company greenlit a ₹175 Cr expansion: a new 72,000 MTPA fibre cement & calcium silicate board plant in Tonk, Rajasthan, set for Dec 2027 to boost growth. A ₹10 Cr construction chemical line at Tumkur was also approved. Interim dividend of ₹1/share declared.
