Sandur Manganese's board approved Q1 consolidated revenue of ₹1374.78 Cr and net profit of ₹227.85 Cr. The company plans to incorporate Royal Sandur Hospitality and Royal Sandur Academy as new wholly-owned subsidiaries. It is also addressing a ₹139.05 Cr demand for forest lease afforestation charges.
